Jason Schwartzman has collaborated with the New Yorker magazine to introduce their new iPad app this week.  As an avid fan of the publication (see video here), Schwartzman presents the app via this comical video (below)–perhaps to shoot for a viral marketing effect.  We think it’s pretty effective:  It’s quite hysterical–at times compelling enough that one almost forgets about the app itself.  The skit is also directed by Roman Coppola, brother of Sofia, son of Francis Ford, and cousin of the New Yorker App spokesman.
