This year is the 10th anniversary of the International Marrakech Film Festival in Morocco.  And during this past decade the festival has managed to build an esteemed reputation for itself within the film industry–to celebrate there’s a focus on a retrospective of French films.  The set up is very similar to the Cannes and Venice Film Festivals–where a  jury of actors, writers, and directors judge the movies and shorts that have been selected.  Have a watch at the video (below) to see a glimpse of this year’s attendees.  John Malkovich is the sitting president of the jury and Keanu Reeves’ new film was screened at the opening ceremony.
