TED’s Curator Chris Anderson talks about reinventing the wheel by using web videos for the good.  Anderson who’s usually behind the spotlight, steps out to inspire and turn the spotlight on you: the viewer–those with acquired ideas worth spreading.  

Crowd Accelerated Innovation according to the head of TED talkers, consist of three items: 1) A willing global audience 2) Owning up to a spot-Light that can inspire.  And  3) Desire to evolve and spread ideas.  Have a watch (below) and see what the Self Fuel Cycle of Learning  is all about.   Learning doesn’t have to stop at a University, Anderson says, nor does one have to be limited to being a passive learner.
